Over the weekend was the Philadelphia Phoenix home opener. I was only able to shoot for the first half but the rain held off and I got some good shots. This is basically a brand new team with a huge influx of new players. From what I saw, the Phoenix looked great and I’m excited for the rest of the season.

I was excited to shoot the second Philadelphia Phoenix combine this past weekend. Seeing these guys give it their all trying out for the team led to an impressive night. This season is definitely going to be a good one. The Phoenix have a new head coach and have already signed on some top ranked talent. Since the MLU is dissolved, the AUDL is now the lone professional Ultimate Frisbee league. This has combined a lot of talent in one area and created some stiff competition during try outs!
